"Practice makes perfect"

HUSSON sturdiness - legendary since 1930!

In the1930s, just 3 kilometres from where the factory stands today, a blacksmith had his forge in the centre of the village of Orbey - Emile HUSSON, a man who believed in a job well done...in iron!

In the 1950s, his son Roland was a great entrepreneur, who developed and transformed the business: it perfected its expertise in working with steel and in particular mechanical welding and the construction of steel structures; a 5,000 m2 factory was built and the company became involved in more and more prestigious projects.

Sports and leisure equipment since 1987

The grandson of a blacksmith, Daniel HUSSON took over the business in 1987 and continued to build on its reputation for quality and durability.
HUSSON International began to specialise in sports and leisure equipment for local authorities, launching the Costocolor range with its mixed steel/timber structures in 1988. It soon made its mark, and since then, the company has continued to emphasise innovation and design in every collection, whilst remaining faithful to its longstanding principle of high quality.
And so it became Europe's leading manufacturer of play and sport equipment for local authorities.
