A unique, original, and multi-purpose urban seat, the Tripode is a piece of furniture designed to meet the demands of new urban lifestyles. Its hybrid form makes it suitable for all generations. The connecting bench, made of heat-treated bamboo, increases seating capacity and ensures the Tripode’s modularity, allowing it to be combined to create multiple layout scenarios. Made of very thick HDPE polymer, the basic Tripode module, consisting of three “branches,” can be fixed to the ground or weighted with sand, water, or even concrete to reach a mass of 1 to 1.5 tons!
A wide range of colors is available.
Whether temporary or permanent, the benefits of the Tripod are numerous: beyond their use as “classic” street seating, Tripods can be used for wayfinding, security, communication, or even experimentation (for example, to explore the uses and new practices of future public spaces).
The basic Tripod module: made using rotomolding in very thick HDPE polymer material for optimal robustness.
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is a material highly resistant to UV rays and the harshest climates, easy to maintain, fully recyclable, and available in several colors.
Composed of 3 “arms,” 2000 mm long, 2000 mm wide, and 950 mm high.
The basic module can be fixed to the ground or weighted with sand, water, or even concrete, to reach a mass of 1 to 1.5 tons!
