A unique, original, and multi-purpose urban seat, the Swing bench is a piece of furniture designed to meet the demands of new urban lifestyles.
Its hybrid shape makes it an intergenerational piece of urban furniture.
Made from very thick HDPE polymer, the Swing bench can be fixed to the ground or weighted with sand, water, or even concrete, to reach a mass of 1 to 1.5 tons!
A wide range of colors is available.
Whether temporary or permanent, the benefits of the Swing bench are numerous: in addition to their use as “classic” urban seating, Swing benches can be used for wayfinding, safety, communication, or even experimentation (for example, to explore the uses and new practices of future public spaces).
The basic Tripod module: made using rotational molding in very thick HDPE polymer for optimal robustness.
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is a material highly resistant to UV rays and harsh climates, easy to maintain, fully recyclable, and available in several colors.
Composed of 3 “branches,” 2000 mm long, 2000 mm wide, and 950 mm high.
The base module can be fixed to the ground or weighted down with sand, water, or even concrete to reach a mass of 1 to 1.5 tons!
The connecting bench: made of heat-treated bamboo.
