Léo Lagrange Complex

Located in the heart of the city of Tourcoing, this 10,000 m² facility has been fully renovated and expanded with the support of the Lille European Metropolis (MEL) and the Hauts-de-France Region. The challenge for the ALZUA+ architecture firm: to modernize the complex so it could host top sports clubs and to create a modular, multidisciplinary facility of the highest standard, with metropolitan influence. Mission accomplished, as the complex has been awarded the “Sports Facility of Excellence” label – a true source of pride for Tourcoing.

It includes four major sports halls: the Pierre Demortier hall, equipped with Husson TS85 fixed and telescopic grandstands with a capacity of 2,200 seats; the Judo hall with a TF83 fixed grandstand of 66 seats; a specialized boxing hall with a TF83 fixed grandstand of 38 seats; and a hall dedicated to hockey.

Our lastest projects

A project serving both elite sports and sports for all.

Special attention was paid to the choice and comfort of the seats. The motorized HUSSON TB86 grandstands are fitted with numbered Carpentier wooden seats with folding backs, along with 108 premium seats with armrests in partner and private boxes overlooking the court. The Arena is equipped with a basketball parquet floor and FIBA-certified mobile hoops, as well as a removable TARAFLEX Performance volleyball court, making it suitable for international competitions approved by the FIVB.
